This is a personal blog, about my journey of transforming myself into a healthier me! My goal was just to get fit, lose lbs. and inches while relearning how to eat better. I wanted to get healthier and fit before I turned 40. enter another decade in a better shape. I know that I was starting at 38 which was a late start but it is better than never. I have set a goal to lose 25 lbs. or more in no particular time frame just as long as I did it before I was 40. I also wanted to eat what I need not crave by changing the food purpose. I was not just doing this for weight loss I was also trying to lower my sodium which caused me to have a higher blood pressure and take medication. I started this health transformation when I was 38 and my starting weight was 151 lbs. and size 14! I will tell you it was not easy and this was a trial and error type deal. From foods, exercise to trying products that help you with energy to vitamins and wine!
I am a mom, wife, actor, screenplay writer, visual artist, composer, filmmaker just to name a few titles trying to stay sane while working, carpooling and keeping a full house all this with staying fit.
It all changed with cancer and I want to share my journey and hope to inspire and also positively impact someone’s life.
