Power of the greens
Base for my meal, I make a big bowl of this to last me all week…base is edamame, pumpkin seeds, spinach, Italian herbs, garlic and oregano then I add more goodies
I added shredded cauliflower, fresh brussel sprouts, berries, turmeric and then when I am ready to eat I will add even more ingredients….
