One month into bodybuilding

It is amazing to watch this transformation! I have been going to the gym or a regular basis, working hard and eating hopefully enough to maintain the muscle mass. I am seeing results and liking what I see. Sometimes I look at my legs and get scared that they are getting bigger but I know they are getting stronger and bigger with muscles not fat. I fit in my clothes just the same yes some things are little tighter but not for the wrong reasons. My scale has been fluctuating due to swelling post workout but it goes down with recovery. I am also setting new goals every few weeks to increases the weights but being careful not to get hurt while doing the increases. It will take a while to get the body I want but it is worth the work for sure.
